Commodities You Need

Customer Service You Crave, Backed by Four Decades on the Floor

US Sweeteners has been a trusted source of sugars, syrups and sweetening agents for close to four decades. Because inventory is held rather than brokered, we streamline purchase orders and fast-track truckloads to distributors, wholesalers, bakeries, breweries, wineries and food manufacturers.

Our team works from the formulation backwards: sweetness profile, solubility, colour, moisture tolerance and dosing method all determine the grade and packaging we recommend. Mill contracts with leading domestic and international refiners keep supply continuity intact even when the commodity market tightens.

Bulk Sugar & Sweetener Portfolio

Every Sweetener Category We Distribute

From granulated sucrose to sucralose, each category ships in the format your line runs on — 50 lb bags, supersacks, drums, IBC totes and tanker loads, with specification sheets and a certificate of analysis attached to every lot.

A Stockpile of Inventory

Multi-Site Warehousing & Experienced Logistics

Awarded supply contracts by leading local and international mills, we service customers in any part of the United States through warehouses positioned across the country. Freight class, dunnage, temperature exposure and receiving-dock limitations are reviewed before dispatch, not after.

Export and multi-stop domestic shipments come with the paperwork handled: bills of lading, certificates of analysis, kosher and organic certificates, plus customs documentation where required. That discipline is what allows an uncommonly fast delivery window on bulk commodity orders.

Documentation Handled

COA, kosher, organic and non-GMO paperwork travels with the load so receiving never stalls.

Directly from a stocking distributor such as US Sweeteners. We hold 40+ bulk sugars and sweeteners at our Brooklyn, NY base and in partner warehouses nationwide, shipping 50 lb bags, supersacks, drums, IBC totes and full tanker loads. Manufacturers, bakeries, breweries and wholesalers buy through a documented purchase process — no retail storefront and no retail markup.

Minimums are set at manufacturing scale rather than retail. Dry sugars begin at pallet quantities of 50 lb bags, and liquids begin at drums, with improved pricing at supersack, tote and tanker volume. Share your monthly usage and the format is matched to your line.

Dry products ship in 50 lb bags and 2,000+ lb supersacks. Liquids ship in pails, 55-gallon drums, 275-gallon IBC totes and bulk tankers. Private label packaging is available across popular formats, including customer-supplied branding.

Bulk sugar tracks the commodity market, so it moves with the No. 11 world and No. 16 domestic contracts, freight lanes and order volume. Spot purchases and annual contracts price differently, which is why pricing is confirmed per product, packaging format and delivery point rather than published as a fixed list.

Yes. Every lot ships with a COA covering purity, moisture, colour and product-specific specifications, plus lot traceability for your own recall and audit records. Kosher, organic and non-GMO documentation is provided where applicable.

Yes. We pack with established sugar and sweetener brands or under your own private label — a service operated alongside bulk distribution for close to two decades, including artwork checks and label compliance review before the run.

We service all 50 states from multiple warehouse locations, so most deliveries run in days rather than weeks. Consistently stocked inventory means truckloads are released from our floor instead of waiting on mill production schedules.

Liquid sugar — liquid sucrose — is crystalline sugar pre-dissolved into a ready-to-pump syrup. Beverage plants, dairies and industrial bakeries use it to remove the dissolving step and dose sweetness straight into tanks and mixers. Cane and beet liquid sucrose, high-colour grades and organic liquid sugar are supplied in totes and tankers.

Dextrose is corn-derived glucose used for controlled sweetness, browning and fermentation in baking, brewing, confectionery, sports nutrition and cured meats. At roughly 70% the sweetness of sucrose it gives formulators room to fine-tune. It is stocked as powder in 50 lb bags and supersacks, plus a liquid blend.

Store cool and dry — below 80°F and 60% relative humidity — palletised off the floor and away from moisture and strong odours, both of which sugar absorbs. Properly stored granulated sugar has an indefinite shelf life, while brown and liquid sugars have shorter windows, which is why moisture is documented on every COA.
